Training Service: Sunday, October 28
At Trinity we often ask people to serve Holy Communion as they enter worship on any given Sunday. Many people have questions about what to say, how to distribute, and how to handle the elements of Holy Communion.
Pr. Isaacson with host a brief communion service training opportunity for anyone who would like to serve communion on Sunday, October 28th at 10:15 a.m. in the Gathering Place.  Bring your coffee and your questions!


Remembering Our Loved Ones
All Saints Sunday, November 4th

On all Saints Sunday, November 4th,
we will remember those from our congregation who have died this past year.
We need your help.
We, of course, know of the loved ones whose funeral we hosted
but if you have a loved one who died this past year and would like to have them remembered as well,
you need to let us know.
Please call the church office at 281-4276 with the person’s name and date of death.
This information must be in the church office no later than
5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30th.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is not that far away!
It’s time to start buying socks, school supplies, crayons, personal care items,
small toys/games, sunglasses, kazoos, FUN stuff for a box full of LOVE!

– sharing the love of Jesus around the globe!

Boxes are available in the Fellowship Hall!
Everyone can participate in this wonderful ministry opportunity and share the love of Jesus with children across the world. Please bring your filled shoebox gifts to the church

Each year, Trinity’s J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) Ministry requires a LOT of supplies to make our time together interactive, meaningful & FUN! Check out our “Apples for Education” tree located in the parking lot entrance. Select an apple, purchase the listed supply and drop it off in the church office.

    Lutheran Social Service on MN will offer a NEW monthly support group for Caregivers at Trinity Lutheran Church the first Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. beginning September 6th.
    This group offers comfort, support and education to caregivers during tough seasons. This group is for those caring for an older adult or anyone an early onset memory related disorder.
    CAREGIVER SUPPORT & RESPITE: Are you stressed and in need of extra support while caregiving? LSS of MN offers a variety of services to help those in need. Caregiver’s can receive individual support, attend educational classes, gain respite support, and even gain support with and through their electronic devices.

    Lutheran Social Services of MN is seeking volunteers for their Caregiver Support programs. Volunteers provide companionship to elderly and veterans in their community. AmeriCorps offers modest compensation for their volunteers.

Carrying the message of the gospel through the streets of Crookston
can feel intimidating but through Trinity’s Radio and TV Ministry,
we are reaching out to those who may not step into our church building
to hear the message. 
This vital outreach touches lives well beyond Crookston’s city limits.  

Gifts to the Radio Fund can be given to honor or remember a loved one. 
Recognition of the weekly radio broadcast sponsorship can be scheduled
to coincide with a memorable date. 
The cost of each weekly broadcast is $126.00

Volunteer Opportunities

Join the Trinity Quilters every winter, Monday and Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Please prayerfully consider joining this important ministry and share in the quilting and fellowship. Many hands are needed to prepare the warmth these quilts provide for those in need.
